Value-added service items that may occur after the subscription is completed, and a description of their fees.

Management Fee (required):
The management fee will be charged on a pro-rata basis according to the current level of the strategy, and will only be charged the first time the strategy is run, and not thereafter. Re-runs will also be charged a management fee. Running funds less than or equal to $2,000 will not be charged any management fees.
